Seller is responsible for submitting all titles IN ADVANCE to Auction Company. All Mustangs that are 1990 and newer must have a South Dakota title, call for details. All titles will be held in escrow at the office of the Auctioneer until buyer's funds are honored. Seller agrees that no part of the described vehicles or personal property shall be SOLD or OFFERED FOR SALE from the date of this contract through the date of the auction. Seller also agrees to have said vehicle or personal property present on auction day. Auction Company not responsible for accidents.

Seller Fee: Memorabilia, Collectables & Parts-No Reserve - 15% commission of selling price.
